Dr Joseph Odusanya is a cofounder and Chief Executive Officer at Biocrops. He has more than 30 years experience in organisational effectiveness, leadership and talent development.
Joseph delivered successful business solutions to a wide range of organisations ranging from Shell, Petronas and NLNG in the petrochemical sector, FBN, UBA and FCMB in the financial services sector, Heineken, Flour Mills, and Panasonic in the manufacturing sector.
Prior to returning to work in Africa in 2006, Joseph worked in a regional capacity across Asia as a senior regional consultant.
He serves as visiting professor to University Malaya, Charles Sturt University in Australia, HELP University College in Kuala Lumpur and University of South Africa and was recently appointed by the School of Business Leadership in Ghana to supervise doctoral students.
Dr Ngozi Onyia is an experienced Primary Care Physician and small business entrepreneur in the medical field in Nigeria.
She has recently successfully created Paelon Memorial Clinic, a 10- bedded boutique hospital located in the highbrow neighbourhood of Victoria Island in Lagos, Nigeria.
She graduated as a medical practitioner in 1982 at the University of Ibadan. She also has an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School (then known as Pan African University.
She has over 33 years medical and management in the private sector. Amongst several positions, she served as Senior Medical Manager at Nigeria Telecommunications. At Heineken Nigeria, Ngozi was instrumental in the company being awarded Business Leadership Award Winner by the Global Health Coalition in 2012.
Ngozi is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians in Paediatrics, past College Treasurer of the West African College of Physicians, member of the International Society of Travel Medicine and a certified travel health physician.
Jide Ogundana, is a legal practitioner and a Partner in a top law firm in Lagos where he heads the Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure team, as well as the Real Estate and Employment teams.
He advises on complex commercial transactions and, has a strong competence in Public Private Partnership regarding infrastructure development.
Jide has been rated by IFLR1000 as a Financial and Corporate Leading Lawyer in Nigeria
A graduate of both the University of Ibadan and University of Lagos, he obtained an LL.M degree in International Business Law from the University of Manchester.
